| Research Interests: In
an era of artificial satellite technology, there is an increasing
awareness of the importance of the Sun's influence on the Earth. Dr.
Yoon's research interest is in understanding how various physical
processes that occur in the Sun's surface travel through the interplanetary
space, and eventually influence the Earth's magnetosphere and ionosphere. |
